This is the perfect base camp location to support a wide variety of outdoor adventures. Located minutes from Winter Park for world class skiing and near Indian Peaks Wilderness and Rocky Mountain National Park for excellent hiking and fly fishing. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of adventures. Stay here. You're welcome.

The place was may look small but the interior is very spacious with three floors and a nice view of the outside, my family and i enjoyed our stay😁
Great stay overall, easy check in
Great stay, lots to do and amazing location. The hot tub and pool area were way overcrowded but we made it work and it was surprisingly still comfortable. Location is great for skiing and great local restaurants and activities! They also had lots of extra things for comfort like pillow sizes and even a humidifier. There’s also stuff for kids to make things even comfier. My only critique is that we would have loved to have filtered water in the fridge. The roads were covered in ice and we had to drive to the store to get water. Last thing is to have more of a selection of fun board games to play since we were snowed in! Great stay overall, easy check in and check out as well!

Great stay! Nice space. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Easy drive to Winter Park Resort. Hot tub was overcrowded in the apres ski hours so we skipped this.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Belindas. The condo was updated, clean, and well appointed. We have stayed in other units in this complex and Belindas is by far the best in terms of layout, updating, and peace and quiet. We would happily return.

Great Stay!
10/10 - Loved the fireplace!
Belinda and Elliott's place is super cozy and comfy. We used the fireplace quite a bit and enjoyed the personal touches like hot chocolate, marshmallows, and wine that they left for us. It's conveniently located near the shuttle stop, which made it easy to get to town and the resort. They were really communicative, helpful, and friendly. 10/10 - will rent again!

everything was perfect for our fam of 8! this was our first time in colorado, but we definitely will be back. we visited for christmas- our family loves to cook, and our host had the perfect amount of kitchen supplies!! (bonus points!) there is so much to do in the area, very family friendly 10/10 recommend this trip.
